WHEREAS, a plat showing a subdivision of th ock

and lying between Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue ,
known as Espanola -Jillas has been prepared by W. E. Brown,
registered engineer, for William F. Whitman, and,
WHEREAS,S, ssid plat has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach for their approval.
T'HEREFO , 3 IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami reach, that the said -Plat above referred to
be and hereby is approved by them,
