the City of Fiami Beach and Bunnell and Cail , for the construction
above designated, and

Street Committeeman of said City have duly reported to the City Coun-
cil that the work on said contract has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications governing the same and have recom-
mended that same be accepted.
