=VRER. AS, the City council of the city of Miami beach, rlorida,
met on the 7th day of . ebruary, A. D. , 1923 , at 7:30 P. , . at the
City hall in the City of Miami beach, rlorida, pursuant to the no-
tide of said meeting, as per section 29 of the City charter, to hear
all written objections totheconfirmation of the preliminary assess-
ment roll of Sidewalk District St,-6 , Sidewalk improvement 3L-6, by
_. any person whose pro'erty is described in said preliminary roll, and
vtiKriAS, the City council having received and considered all
written remonstrances filed at the confirmation of the said :reliminary
roll by any person whose property is described in said roll.

r'lorida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on said preli._-
inary assessment roll be , and is, in all things confirmed and sustained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLTIED that the sums and amounts against each of
the lots oi' parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll is less
than the amount of -:Mich said lots and parcels of ground is benefited
by said improvement ; that the total cost of said improvement in the sum
of One Thousand Eight Hundred. Eighty-six and 93/100 01,866.93) Dollars,
is hereby confirmed.
BE IT FURTHaR RESOLVED that ten (10) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the
City Clerk of said city and said City Clerk is hereby ordered thirty
( 30) daysafter the date o ' this resolution, to make collections of
the assessment therein as required by law.
