District H-24 Highway Improvement HH-24
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
her by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
COLLINS AVENUE: To be scarified, resurfaced and widened to a width
of thirty ( 30 ) feet with a penetration macadam pavement , from the
south property line of Twenty-.Fourth Street to the south grope
line of Twenty-sixth Street, as said Collins Avenue is shown «• . 4
recorded in Plat Book 5, at page 7 , 2ublic Records Dade Jounty, or-
ida, and said Twenty-fourth Street and Twenty-sixth Street are named
and designated in Ordinance Jo. 170 , recorded in Deed Book 297 , at
Page 242, public Records Dade County, iilorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City clerk plans and specifications of said improvemtns and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of -reliminary ani' other surveys, the inspection ant superin-
tendence
uperin-tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publi-aticn of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necssary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway I provement H-24 , and the property against
which assessments may be ade for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated as District H-24
