District 7_25 Highway Improvement H-25
Be it resolved by the City Council df the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to 5e made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter .
COTMNS .AVENUE: To be paved to a width of forty-seven (47 )
feet with a penetration macadam pavement and concrete Garb
and gutter from the north property line of fifth Street to
the south property line of Twenty-third Street , as said
Collins avenue is shown and recorded in Plat Book 2, at Pages
56 and 77, Plat Book 3 at Page 11, Plat Book 4 at Pae 83,
Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and 8 , Public records .fade county,
Florida, and as s aid Fifth Street is shown and recorded in
Plat Eook 4 at Page 83, Public .tecords Dade County, Florida,
and as said Twenty-third Street is named and designated in
Ordinance ITo. 170, recorded in Deed nook 27, at rage 242,
Public Records Dade County, Florida.
The macadam pavement to be 44 feet wide.
The City Engineer is hereby direct-id to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the '*ork, the preparation of plans and specifications and *
estimate, the printing and publication cf notices and proceedings, the
prepatation of bonds and any other, expenses necessary and proper. This
.Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-25 , and the property
against which asessments may be -lade for the cost thereof hereunder
hall be d.esi%-n.ated as District H-25
