AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-PARAGRAPH "B" OF
SECTION 1 AND SUB-PARAGRAPH "C" OF SECTION 2
OF ORDINANCE NO. 549 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA AND AMENDING SECTION 2 OF
SAID ORDINANCE BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL SUB-'
PARAGRAPH THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1, That Sub-paragraph "B" of Section 1 of Ordinance
No, 549 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows :
"B. PUBLIC WORKS GROUP:
6, Engineering Division
7. Sewer Division
8, Street Division
9. Division of Parks and Docks
10. Division of Waste Disposal
11. Division of Water Distribution
12. Division of Mechanical Repairs"
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows :

8. Division of Streets and Docks
9. Division of Parks
10. Division of Waste Disposal
11. Division of Water Distribution
12, Division of Mechanical Repairs"
SECTION 2. That Sub-paragraph "C" of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 549 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida reading
as follows :
"C. CITY ENGINEER:
6. Engineering Division
7. Sewer Division
8. Street Division
9. Division of Parks and Docks
10. Division of Waste Disposal"
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows :
"C. CITY ENGINEER:
6. Engineering Division

10. Division of Waste Disposal."
SECTION 3. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 549 of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto at the end thereof an
additional Sub-paragraph, reading as follows :
"P. PARK SUPERINTENDENT
9. Division of Parks."
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its becoming a law.

passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con-
spicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, oneof which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City, on the 21st

posted Bor a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City
of Miami Beach, Florida.
