Be it resolved. by the City Council. of the City of Miami Beach, o r cl a:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SIERIDAN 21.77-EEUE: To be paved with a penetration macadam
pavementand. concrete curb and gutter from the south property
line of Twenty-first 3treet to the south property line of
Twenty-third Street , as said Sheridan ...ivenue, Twenty-first
Street and Twenty-third Street are named. and. designated in
Ordinance io. 170 , recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page 242,
Public ecards Dade County, Florida.
The macadam pavement to consist .of two roadways each twenty-
four ( 24) feet in width.
The City Engineer is hereby direct id to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and, an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate •-,f the cost of the
•
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the pr:Taration of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and. proper. This
improvement shall be designated. in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement 11-27 , and the property acrainst
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated as District H-27
