District _ H 39 Highway Improvement H-s?
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvementsis
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
RADE BOU:L TARD: To be scarified and resurfaced to a width
of eighteen ( 18) feet, with a penetration macadam pavement
from the eastproperty line of Alton Road to the west prop-
erty line of Fine Tree Drive , as said Dade Boulevard is
shown and recorded in Flat Book 4, at 'Wages 79 and 200 and
in Flat Book 6 at Fage 115 , public records Dade County,
Florida, and as said Alton Road is shown and recorded in
Flat Book 6, at Page 115, Fublic Records Dade County, Flor-
ida.

The City 7n7ineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and sp7cifioations of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cott of the
expenses of preliminary and other surreys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the prepartion of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necesary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-29 , and the property against
which assesssments may be made for the cost thereof hereunde shall be
designated as District H-29
