District TT-gip Highway Improvement H-30
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following descri' ed improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth it-
intention_ to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
ELEVEINTH STR T: To be paved to a width of thirty-four (34)
feet with a penetration macadam pavement and concrete curb
and gutter from the east property line of Collins Avenue to
the west property line of Ocean Drive , as said E]e venth Street
and Ocean Drive are shown and recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page
56, Public Records Dade County, Florida and as said Collins
Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance No. 170 , recorded
in Deed .Soon, 297, at Page 242, Public --cords Dade County,
Florida.
The macadam pavement to be thirty-one ( 31) feet wide.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements an an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
lxnenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super. in-
tzndence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces ary and proper. This
improvement shall e designated In all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-30 , and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunde ,
shall '-e designated as District H-30 ,
