Ordinance 650 ORDINANCE NO. 650
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, CREATING THE OFFICE OF PARK
SUPERINTENDENT; PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINT-
MENT, DUTIES AND COMPENSATION OF SAID PARK
SUPERINTENDENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That there be and hereby is created the office
of Park Superintendent of the City of Miami
Beach* Florida, who shall be appointed by the City Managers
by and with the consent of the City Councils and whose
compensation shall be fixed by ordinance. The duties of
said Park Superintendent shall be prescribed by the City
Manager.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its becoming a law.

for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify
that Ordinance No. 650 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CREATING THE OFFICE OF
PARK SUPERINTENDENT; PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT, DUTIES
AND COMPENSATION OF SAID PARK SUPERINTENDENT" , having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the. City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of
which was at the door of the City Hall in said City, on
the 21st day of April, A. D. , 1942, and that said Ordinance
remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of
the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the official seal of the City of
