AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 6030 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID
TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 603 of the
City of Miami. Beach, Florida, be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto, at the end
thereof, an additional sub-paragraph, reading as follows:
"R. Park Superintendent salary per
month . . . . $300.00"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its becoming a law.

that Ordinance No. 651 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 603, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES
THEREOF" , having been passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City, on the 21st day of April,
A. D. , 1942, and that said Ordinance remained for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of
Miami Beach.
