AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1

OF ORDINANCE NO. 603 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID
TO TEE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE; RATES THEREOF" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 603 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows:
"L. Golf Course Manager
From June 1, 1941, to December 15, 1941,
Salary per month 4180.00
From December 14, 1941, to April 15, 1942,
Salary per month 4250.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"L. Golf Course Manager
Salary per month $250.00"
SECTION 2.That this Ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon becoming a law and- shall be
retroactive to April 15th, 1942.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15 day of July, A. D. 1942.

1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 603 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES
TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicu-
ous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the
door of the City Hall in said City on the 20th day of July,
A. D. , 1942 and that said Ordinance remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the re-
quirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this 4th day of November, A. D. , 1942.
