ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PAY SCHEDULES ULES FOR
ALL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE •
CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAI
BEACH,FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS
OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT: PROVIDING FOR
ITS ADMINISTRATION AND REPEALING ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HER LITH".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 604
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows :

.25 - .40 per hour Labor 2nd Class
.35 - .61 per hour Labor - Limited
.35 - .61 per hour Labor 1st Class

be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERENITH" , having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall of said City on the 21st day of October,
A. D. , 1942, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with' the require-
ments of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
