District H-31 Highway Improvement H-T1
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, T'lorida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth_• its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
INDIAN CREEK DRIVE: To be paved to a width of twenty-five ( 25)
feet with a penetration macadam pavement and concrete curb and
gutter on the east side from the south property line of Twenty-
Seventh Street north to the south line of Collinsvenue , as
said Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue are shown and record-
ed in Plat Book 5, at Pages 7 and 8 , Public Records Dade County,
Florida, and as said Twenty-seventh Street is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book 2.97, at rage
242, Public I/ecords Dade county, Florida.
The macadam pavement to be twenty-three and one half (23-2) feet
wide.
The City Engineer is hereby directed ro prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces- ary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceeding°s, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement 11-31 , and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated. as District H-31
