Di strict H-32 Highway Improvement H-32
Be it resolvedby the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, -Florida,:
That the construction of the folowing described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under section 29 of the. City Charter.
FIST ST-- ":T: To be paved with a concrete curb and gutter
from the west property line of Collins Avenue to the east
property line of ';iashington Avenue, as said first street
is shown recorded. in Plat Book 2, at Page 38 , Public -Yecords
Dade County, Florida, and as said Collins Avenue and ':'lashing-
ton Avenue are named and designated in Ordinance Uo. 170,
recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page 242, Public 2ecords Dade
County, +'lo rida.
The City Jngineer is hereby directed to pre-are and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifictions of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate' of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans arid specifications and
estimate , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all ;proceedings , assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-32 , and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated as Dist:,•ict H-32
