Whereas, on the 7th day of rarch 1923the Y
Cit Coun
passed and adopted a resolttion ordering the improvement designated as
H r7�T y Improvement H,-24 , District H,.24 , and directed
the City EnMineer to prepare an-_ file plans and specifications of such
improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed '^y the
City En-ineer with the City Clerk.
Therefor.s, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clek shall cause to be posted at the door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie' s 6asino and the U. S. Post
Office. in the City of Miami Beach, a notice statin- that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami Beach, to he held at the City Hall in the City
of Miami Beach on the 21st day of rarch 1923, at 7- 0
o' clock P. 1- the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
eons interested to the confirmation of said r solttion ordering said im-
provement.
