7hereas, bn the 7th day of raxch , 1923, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
Highway Improvement , District 14-25 , and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, iholuding an estimate of
the incidental expenses, and the said, plans and s ecifications and esti-
ate of cost and e-timate ,f incidental expenses have leen filed by the
City Engineer with the City Cle7k.
Therefor-, Be It' Resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to he posted at the door of the
City Hell in the City of Miami each, Hardiels Casino and the U. S. Post
effice in the Cit Y of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at-the City Hall in the City
of Miami Beach on the 21st day of Larch , 1923, at 7: 30
o&clock P. L. the City Council will hear the reeeonstrances of all -er-
sons inter-eted to the cenfirmation of said resolution orderine said im-
provement.
