AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
289 KNOWN AS THE " ,ONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" , AND THE MAPS
THERETO ATTACHED, DESIGNATED AS THE
"DISTRICT MAPS".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. . That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps thereto attached, designa—
ted as the "District Maps" be and they are hereby amended so
that there shall be included in the Use District described and
set forth in said Ordinance as "BAA" Business District" the
following described parcels of land situate, lying and being in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to—wit:
Lot 1 of Block 30, and the North 50
Feet of Lots 7 to 16, inclusive, of
Block 54, all of said property being
in Fisher's first Subdivision of Alton
Beach, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Flo—
r ida.
SECTION 2. shat Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps thereto attached, desig—
nated as the "District Maps" be and they are hereby amended so
that there shall be included in the Use District described and
set forth in said Ordinance as "BA" Business District" the fol-
lowing described parcels of land, situate, lying and being in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to—wit:
All of Lots 2 and 3 of Block 30, and
all of Lots 7 to 16, inclusive, of Block
54, except the North 50 feet thereof,
all of said property being in Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, accord—
ing to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 2, at page 77, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps thereto attached, desig—
nated as the "District Maps" be and the same is hereby amended
so that there shall be included in the Area District described
and set forth in said Ordinance as "District No. 19' the fol—
lowing described parcels of land, situate, lying and being in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to—wit:
All of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 30, and
all of Lots 7 to 16, inclusive, of Block
54, all of said property being in Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
2, at page 77, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its becoming a law.
SECTION 5. ''hat all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.

Ordinance No. 672 entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 289 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA" , AND THE MAPS THERETO ATTACHED, DESIGNATED
AS THE "DISTRICT MAPS" , having been passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the
City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said City on the 7th day of January, A. D. , 1943
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements
of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
hand. and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this 8th day of February A. D. 1943.
