District Hp28 Highway Improvement 11-2.8
Thereas, on the 7n day of ' Arco-) 1923, the pity Council
passed and adopted a resolution orderinrf the improvement designated as
Highway Improvement H-28 , District H-28 , and directed the
City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and, an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have ben filed by the
City Engineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami teach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardiets Casino and the U. S. Post
Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice statinR that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the4ity Hall in the City
of Miami Beach on the 21st day of r-cch , 1923, at
otclock P. V. the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirLation of said reso'ution ordering said im-
provement.
