AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 603 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED "AN O RDI NANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO
BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
OF THE CITY OF IyiIA 1.1 BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 603 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows :
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 4500.00
together with a monthly allowance to
said City Attorney for a secretary
in the sum of 125.00
and together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for an Assistant
in the sum of 250.00"
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows :
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 4500.00
together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 160.00. "
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall go into effect on
January 1st, 1943.

Ordinance No. 673 entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO . 603 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF" having been passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the
City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said City on the 7th day of January, A. D. ,1943
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements
of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this 3rd day of March, A. D. , 1943.
