District _32 Highway Improvement R-32
7hereas , on the 7th day of March , 1923, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as
niPhway Improvement H-32 , District H-32 , and directed
the City :ngineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such
improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and
estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by
the City :engineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore , Be It ?esolved by the City Council of Miami 3each, lor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami teach, Hardie' s Casino and the U. S. Post
Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice statin- that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the City
of Miami 3each on the 21st day of i"ice rch , 1923, at 7: 30
o' clock p. '_. the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all oer-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement.
