District SR-9 Sewer Improvement SR-9
Be it resolved by the City Council of thee`ity of Miami ami Beach, o'lo ri da:
'hat the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under section 29 of tit. City Charter.
SR-9 A fifteen (15) inch terre, cotta sanitary sewer and necessary man-
holes and appurtenances:
In .Fifteenth Street from the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue
to the center line of Drexel Avenue .
In Drexel Avenue from the center line of <'ifteenth Street to the
center line of Sixteenth Street .
In Sixteenth Street from the center line of Drexel Avenue to a
point fifteen ( 15 ) feet east of the center line of T7ashington Ave-
nue.
• In lashington Avenue from the center line of Sixteenth Street to
the center line of Seventeenth Street .
In Seventeenth Street from the center line of slashing-ton Avenue
• to the center line of James Street.
In James Street from the center line of Seventeenth Street to the
center line Nineteenth Street.
In Alton xoad from the center line of fourteenth Street to the
center line of .b'ifteenth Street.
I ' +'fifteenth Street from a point twenty-two ( 22) feet west of
the center line of Alton Road to the center line of Lenox Avenue.
As aforesaid streets and avenues are shown in 'Plat Hook 2, Page 77
and Plat Book 6,Pages 5, 34 and 172 , Public records of Dade county, .
'±'lorida, and as said ;lashington Avenue, Drexel Avenue , 2ennsylvania
Avenue , i'ifteenth Street , Sixteenth Street, Seventeenth Street and
Tight eenth Street are named. and designated in Ordinary ce ITo. 170, re-
corded ,in Deed Sook 297 , at Pa.:,;-7e 242 , eublic 2,ecords Dade county,
t'lorida.
'i'he City engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk -Pans and se ecifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, includi , an est int, to of the ccs t of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the ins section and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate , the ,printing and public :tion of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in allproceedings, assessments and bonds
as Sewer Improvement 3R-9 , and the property against which assessments may
be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-9 .
