District SR-10 Sewer Improvement 8R-10
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, 21orid a:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the city Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.

SR-10 An eighteen ( 18) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In alley between Meridian Avenue and e.uclid Avenue from the cen-
ter line of Eleventh Street to the center line of Twelftti Street .
In 'Twelfth Street from the center line of alley between Euclid
Avenue and Meridian Avenue to the center line of alley between
Pennsylvania Avenue and Euclid "venue.
In alley between Pennsylvania -14enue and ."uclid "venue from the
center line of Twelfth Street to the center line of fourteenth
Street.
In fourteenth Street from the center line of alley between Penn-
sylvania Avenue and Euclid Avenue to the center line -off Pennsyl-
t vania Avenue.
In Pennsylvania Avenue from the center line of r'ourteenth Street
to the center line of fifteenth Street.
In .dlton Road from the center line of Eleventh Street to the
center line of L'ourteenth Street .

the City clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estivate , the printin and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any oth_r expenses necessary and °roper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bondu as Sewer improvement SR-10 , and the property against which assess-
ments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SR-10.
