3i strict SR-11 Sewer improvement 2-11
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, 2lorida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby settinz forth its
intention to proceed Linder Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-11-2. twenty-one ( 21) inch tera cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In :eleventh Stre t from the center line of Jefferson Avenue to €�;
Point twent -two ( 22) fejt west of the center line of Alton Road. `
As the aforesaid streets, avenues and roads are dio n in Plat
Book 2, Page 81 and Plat Book 4, Page 125 , Public ecords of Dade
County, elorida, and as saia. Jefferson Avenue is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170 , recorder in Deet. Book 297 , at Page 242,
Public Records Dade County , Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of saidimorovem nts and an
estimate of the cost thereof, includin.- an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and su-)erin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate , the -printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
f ima ovement shall be designated in all proceedings assessments and
bonds ad Sewer Improvement SR-11, and the property against which assess-
ments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SR-1l.
