R3SOLUT ION Ito 535
Di strict SR-12 Sewer Improvement 3R-12
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Lolorida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; tie City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed miler Sect ion 29 of the City Charter.
SR-12A twenty-seven ( 27) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer ( over-flow)
and necessary manholes and appurtenances
a Point twenty-two (22) fe t west of
In Eleventh Street from the center line of Alton _load to Biscayne
Bay.
As the aforesaid streets and road are shorn in Plat Book 2, Page 81,
Plat Book 4, Page 125 and Plat Book 6, Page 12, Public Records of
Dade County, •lorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements al an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estiriate of the'cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the pr inting and publication of notices and proceedings , the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. this
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-12, and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SR-12.
