District S2-9 Sewer Improvement Sa-9
"Whereas, on the 7th day of March , 1923, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sewer Improvement R-9 , District &1-9 , and
directed the Cit Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incidental expenses, and tine said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clark.
Therefore,. Be It Resolved b` the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door.of the
City Hail in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie ` s Casino and the U. S. Past
Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting
of t1_ City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the
City of Miami Bei ch, on the 21st day of March , 1923, at
7: 30 o' clock '. '. , the City Council will hear, t he remonstrances
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ardering
said improvement .
