Whereas, on the day of , 1923, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated. as Improvement , District • , and
directed the Cit. Engineer to prepare and file plans and. specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incident1 expenses, and tit s aid plans and. specifica-
tions and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
file d by the City Elngineer with the City Cie rk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved b , the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at tle door of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, liardie' s Casino and the U. S. Past
Office in the City of MiaLii Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the
City of Miami Berch, on the day of , 1923, at
o' clock 2. -• , the City Council will hear the remonstrances
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said. resolution ordering
said improvement . •
