District 33.-11 Sewer Improvement SR-11
hereas, on the 7th day of March , 1923, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sewer Improvement SR-11 , District SR-il , and.
directed the City :engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the incidental expenses , and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door-of the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Eiardie' s Jasino and the U. S.
Post Office in the City of hiami Beach, a notice stating tom. t at a
meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 21st day of March , 1923,
at 7:30 o' clock 2. 1. . , the Oity Council will hear the remonstrances
of all i rsons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement.
