'7hereas , on the 7th day of March , 1923, the Oity Coun-
eil passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sewer Improvement `f-13 , Di strict 32-13 , and
directed the City Engineer to prepare and file glans and specifications
of such improvement and an estinn.te of the cost ther:_of, including an
estinEte of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications
and estinate of cost and estinate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City ;Hainer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of Miami r3Qach, Flor-
ida, That the City Cle.. k shall cause to be pct ted at the door of tie City
Hall in the city of Miami Beach, Hardie' s Casino and the U. S. Post Of-
fice in the City of Mimi Beach, a notice statinf that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the City
of Miard. Beach, on the 21st day of March , 1923, at 7;30
of clock . _. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering a aid im-
provement .
