'7hereas, on the day of , 1923, the City Coun-
cil passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as ievie; Improvement , Di strict 37Z-1 , and
directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifieations
of such improvement and an estivate of the cost ther of, including an
estivate of the incidental expenses, and. the said. plans and. specifications
and. estinate of cost and estinate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be It esolved by the City Council of Miami -3eaeh, Flor-
ida, That the City Cle ic shall cause to be pos ted at the door of tis City
Hall in the city of Miami Beach, Hardie' s Casino and the U. 6. Yost Of-
fice in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of
the City Council of Miami tieach, to be held at the City Hall in the City
of Miami. Beach, on the day of , 1923, at
o' clock 2. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution orderings aid im-
provement.
