A RESOLUTION GRANTING A BERMIT TO THE
TEXAS COMPANY A CORPORATION OF TEXAS,
TO 'SECT AND MAINTAIN STORAGE TANKS OR
•RESERVOIRS FOR STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION
OF OILS AND GASOLINE
BE IT RESOLVE'', BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the 'Texas Company, a corporation of Texas, be
and it is hereby granted a permit to erect and maintain tanks
or reservoirs for the storage and distribution of gasoline 'and
oil , and that the chief of the sire Department be and he is
hereby authorized to grant a permit in accord with th.e City
ordinance, provided that said tanks be erected and maintained u
upon the following described property, and provided they are
erected in accord with the plans attached hereto and the build-
ings erected for use in connection therewith be erected in ac-
cord with the building ordinances of this City. The property
above referred to is Lots 32 to 39, inclusive, Block 111,
Ocean Beach Addition .Number 3.
Section 2: The requirements of ordinance too. 145 as to storage
of gasoline for garages and gasoline filling stations shall not
be exacted, and is hereby construed to be applicable to garage:
and filling stations oflly.
