District SK8 Sidewalk improvement SK-8
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the city council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the city charter.
31C-6-Am eight ( W. foot concrete sidewalk on
the we
at
side of Alton Road from the south property line of
fifth Street to the west property line of Jefferson
Avenue and on the weEt property line of Jefferson Ave-
nue from the north property line of Biscayne Avenue to
the intersection of Alton Road, as sate is shown record-
ed in Plat .Book 2, Page 81 of the i'ublic Records of Dade
county, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the city clerk plans and specifications of said improvements an an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of. the
-.expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans aAlk specif4ications and
* estimate, the printing and publication of notices and*proc* n s, the

preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments and
boni s as Sidewalk improvement SK-8 , and the prop*ty against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SK-8.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of April, A. D. , 1923.
