District SK-8 Sidewalk improvement SK-8
Whereas, on the 4th day of April, 1923, the uity Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sidewalk improvement SK-8 , District SK-8 , anddirected
the city Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans

and specifications and estimate of cost and estirate of to idental
expenses have been filed by the uity Ingine er with the uity ule rk.
e q Therefore, be it Resolted by the city uouncil of Miami beach,
Florida, That the uity clerk shall cause to be posted at the door o

i of the city hall in the uity of Miami beech, aardie's casino and
the u. S. Yost uffice in the city of Miami Beach, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the uity uouncil of Miami beach, to be held
at the uity hall in the uity of Miami beach, on the 1:,t1 day of
pril , 1923, at 7)30 o' clock P. M. , the uity uouncil
will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the con-
firmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
