BR IT RESOLVED BY TH., CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that plat designated Withem's Re-
Subdivision of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 83, and Lots 11 and
12, Block 50, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, be and the same is
hereby approved, provided, however, that before this approval
shall become effective the ownercof Lots 1 to 5 of Block 83
and 1 to 4 of Block 50, as shown on said plat , shall grant to
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, an easement and right to enter
upon the South 5 feet of said lots at any and all times for the
purpose of laying and maintaining water and sewer pipes thereon,
and that the Committeeman on Fire and Water Departments be and
he is hereby authorized to affix the signature of the City
Engineer to said Plat .
SECTION 2: That that plat of Blocks 117, 117-A, 118
and 118-A, of the Miami Ocean View Company, presented for
approval, be and the same is hereby approved, and that the
Committeeman on Fire and Water Department be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to affix the signature of the City
ngineer to said Plat to perfect said approval.
