WH;R3AS, the City Council , by resolution, pass.9d and adopted

on the 7th day of march, 1923, ordered the Sewer improvement SR-9 , ',-
TA
District SR-9, and the City Engineer, under direction of the city
Council , has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement , and whereas the city Auditor has re-
ported in writing to the c_ty Council that funds are in the trea-
sury applicable to and sufficient for the payment of the cityls
share of the cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been made
that the City Council would on the 21st day of march, 1923, at
the City nall in said city, at 7:30 o' clock P. L. , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation
of said resolution orderin said improvement , and all remonstran-
ces received having been heard and considered by the city Council
at the time and place aforesaid.
TW_MFORE, he it Kesolved by the city council of the city
of Miami Beach, Tlorida , that the said resolution of said city
council orderin- said Sewer improvement SR-9, District SR-9, be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
