JREAS, the City council, by resolution, passed and adopted.
on the 7th day of March, 1923, ordered the Newer improvement 6R-12,
District SR-12, and the uity ;ngineer, under direction of the city
Council , has prepared and filed with the city ulerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement , and whereas the uity Auditor has re-
ported in writing to the uity council that funds are in the trea-
sury applicable to and sufficient for the payment of the City s
share of the cost of said improvement , and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been made
that the city Council would off. the 21st day of march, 1923, at
the City ball in said uity, at 7:30 o' clock 2. M. , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement , and all remonstran-
ces received having been heard and considered by the uity Council
at the time and place aforesaid.
THEREFORE, Be it Kesolved by the City Council of the City
of Miami peach, rlorida , that the said resolution of said uity
Council ordering said Sewer improvement R-12, District SR-12,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
