BF IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0? MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That there is no newspaper published within
the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
Section 2: That the tax collector of said city shall,
before making sale of any property located in said city for the
taxes due and unpaid for the year 1922, by posting in -ee
public places in said city, to-wit : at the door of the ity
hail, at the post office and at Hardie' s Casiro, a list or
statement of all such real estate upon which s2ch taxes have
not been paid 'for the year 1922, specifying the amount due on
each parcel, together with the cost of advertising and expen-
se of sale, in the same order in which the land was assessed.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of April , A. JJ. , 1923.
