The Clark of said City be and hc is hereby directed to
advertise for sealad bids for the bonds mentioned in the follow-
ing form of notice, and in advertising shall use substantially
the following form; such bids to be received at nine o' clock A. M.
on June 11, 1923, at which time a mneting of said. City Council
is hereby directed to be held, for the receipt of such bids.
