District SR-15 Sewer Improvement SR-15

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-15 An eimht ( 8 ) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer end necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In Lenox Avenue from a point twenty-five ( 25) feet north of
the center line of Fourth Street to a point Thirty-five ( 35 )
feet south of the center line of Fifth Street .
As aforesaid Streets and Avenue are shown in Plat Book 2,
Page 81 , Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plane and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of the preliminary and other surveys , the in-
spection and superinten, ence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate , the printing and publication of
notices and proceed.ine.s , the preparation of bonds and any other ex-
penses necessary and. proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-15,
and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-15.
Passed and adopte - this 6th day of June , A. D. , 1923.
