the cit-- of Miami Beach and the naule raving Company, for the construc-
tion above designated, and .

Street committeeman of said city have duly reported to the City council
that the work on said contract has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications governing the same and have recommended
that the same be accepted.

Miami Beach r'lorida:

directed to prepare and file with the city Clerk of said City, a pre-
liminary assessment roll in accordance with section 29 of the City
