WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly entered into by
the city of 1,,iami Beach and the ia.ule raving company, for the construc-
tion above designated, and
:H. 21AS, the City ,ngineer of the city of Liami Beach and the
Street Committeeman of said city have duly reported to the city council
that the work on said contract h- s been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications governing the same and have recommended the
the same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT R 3ULVLD by the City council of the City of 1 iami
Beach, florida:
1st : That said report of the said city Engineer and the .3treet
Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby approved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Angineer of said City be, and he is , hereby
directed to prepare and file with the city Clerk of said. City a pre-
1 liminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the city
Charter of said city.
