AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 677 OF THE CITY OF MIAdI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDI-
NANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLO-
RIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PAY SCHEDULES
FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN
THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF
MIAtiI BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT;
PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 677 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows:

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING
OFFICIAL PAY SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS
IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; PROVIDING
FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH" , having been passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in
three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 14-th day of
February, A. D. , 1943 and that said Ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
