SMAS, the city tqagineer and :treet Committeeman have certi-
fied to the completion of the work Fbove designated, and
7HEREAS, the said certificate has been acceeted, approved, con-
firmed and ordered ! prend upon the minutes of the City council, and
vHERAS, the City council by resolution directing the city .ri-
gineer to prepare and file with the city clerk of said ciLy, a pre-
liminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the city
Charter of said city , and
HAHAAS, the said city Angineer has filed with the said city clerk,
said preliminary assessment roll in ac ordance with said section 29 of
the said L; Ity charter which said preli inary assessment roll has been
ordered spread upon the minutes of the city council.
NUW, ftAREr.Y.7,. BA IT HESOLVED by the city Council of the city of
Miami Bea h, Florida, that the city Clerk be, and the saloe is hereby di-
rected to give notice by pos ing that a meeting of the City Coancil will
be held on the 20thday of June A. D. 1923, at 9:00 A. M. at the
City Council chambers in said city of Liiami Beach for the purpose of
receiving written objections from any and all persons whose property is
described in said prliminary assessment roll.
That said notice shall be posted by the said City Clerk at the
door of the city tall in the City of aiami Beach, Florida, and at least
two other public planes in said city for at least two weeks prior to
said meeting.
