firmed and ordered spread upon the minutes of the City Council', and
:'THEREAS, the City Council by resolution direct inq the city in-
gineer to prepare and file with the uity clerk of said city, a pre-,
liminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the uity
Charter of said uity, and.

said preliminary assessment roll in accordance with said ;rection 29 of
the said city charter which said preliminary assessment roll has been
ordered spread upon the minutes of the city Council.

rected to give notice by posting that a meetin of the Citi Council will
be held on the 20hday of June , 1923, A. D. , at 9:00 A. M. at the
City council cha=mbers in said city of i;iiami Beach for the purpose of

receiving written objections from any and all persons whose property is
described in said nrelirinary assessment roll.
That said notice shall be postr,d by the said city clerk at the
door of the city Ball in the city of ,.iami Beach , rlorida , and at least
two other public places in said city for at least two weeks prior to
said meeting.
