WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach , Florida,
met on the 20th day of June, N. D. , 1923 , at 9:00 A. M. , at the City
Hall in the City of Miari Beach , Florida , Pursuant to the notice of said.
meeting, as per Section 29 of the City Charter , to hear all Ivritten
objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll of
Highway District H-12, Highway Improvement H-12 , by any person whose
property is described in said preliminary assessment roll , and
7HERSAS ,the City Council having received andconsidered all written
remonstrances filed at the confirmation: of the said preliminary roll
by any person whose property is described in said roll.
E REFBRF BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of Tiiami Beach,
Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on said preliminary
assessment roll be , and is,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums and ar.:ounts against each of

of Eight Thousand One Hundrer' Nineteen and 56/100 ( 8 ,11.9 .56) Dollars ,
is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER -?TELTLVED that ten ( 10) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the City
Clerk of said City and said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty ( 30)
days after the date of this resolution , to make collections of the assess-
ments therein as required by law.
