THEREFOR :E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami,; each,':
Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on sai:d = relimi-
nary assessment roll be , and is, in all things confirmed and 'Astained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described Cher; q,,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums and amounts against :each b'f
the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment 'roll is
less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is
benefited by said - improvement; that the total cost of sairimproven,ent
in the sum of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty and`;0 /,100
(%3,280.09 ) Dollars, is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE TT FURTHER ? SOLVED that ten ( 10) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the s=me be delivered to the City
Clerk of said City .and said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty (30)
days after the date of t' is resolution , to make collections of the assess-
ments therein as required by law.

XHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
met on the 20th day of June , A. D. , 1923, at 9:00 A. M. , at the City
Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Florida , pursuant to the notice of
said meeting as per Section 29 of the City Charter, to hear all ;Titter
oblections to the confirmation of the prelimin ry asse: sment roll of
Highway District H-14, Highway Improvement B.14, by any person whose
property is described in said preliminary assessment roll, and
MIEREAS , the City Council having received and considered all
written remonstrances filed at the confirmation of the said preliminary
roll by any person whose property is descirhed in said roll.
THEREFOR , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on said prelimi-
nary assessment roll be, and is, in all things confirmed and sustained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums and amounts ei net each of
the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll is
less than the amount that each of said lots or 0.arcels of ground is
benefited by said improvement; that the total cost of said improvenEnt
in the aum of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty and 09/100
(r213,260.09) Dollars, is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHR RILSOLVD that ten ( 10) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered, to the City
Clerk of said. City end said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty (30)
days after the date of t ' is resolution. to make collections of the ansess-
rents therein as reeutred by law.
