HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-16 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-16
WHE'REAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, met
on the 20th day of June , A. D. , 1923, =t 9:00 A. M. at the City Hall in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, pursuant to the notice of said meeting
as per Section 29 of the City Charter , to hear all written objections to
the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll of Highway District
H-16, Highway Improvement H-16 , by any person whose property is described
in said preliminary assessment roll, and
7HE_HEAS, the City Council having received and considered all TTitten
remonstrances filed at the confirmation of the said preliminary roll by
any Terson whose property is described in said roll.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beae ht- Plorida,
the rr ima facie assessment roll as indicated on said preliminary ;a wesment
roll be , and is, in all things confirmed and sustained against aol find all
lots or pereels of ground described therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums and amounts against eacl- cif the
lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll is less than
the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is benefitedOpy
said improvement ; that the total cost of said improvement in t?..eCturn of
Sixteen Thousand , One Hundred Thirty-six and 94/100 ( 16,136.9i1; Dollars ,
is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT 7URTHER RESOLVED that ten (10 ) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the City
Clerk of. said City and said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty ( 30 )
• days after the date of this resolution , to make collections of the
assessments therein as required by law.
