7HEREAS . THE City Council of the City of Miami Beach4,nerida,
met on the 20th day of June , ,.. D. , 1923, at 9:00 A. M. , at

in the City of Miami Beach, Flori&i , pursuant to the noti`6's fc aid
meeting, an -c r "lection 29 of the City Charter , to hear all written
objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll
of Highway District H-18 , Highway Improvement H-18 , h:j any person
whose property is described in said preliminary assessment roll, -and
7HEREAS, the City Council havin`~ received and considered all
written remonstr' aces filed at the confirmation of the said prelimi-
nary roll by any person whose prooerty is described in said roll.
TEEREFOLE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on said pre-
liminary assessment roll be , and is , in all things confirmed and
ustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described
therein.
BE IT E+'URTEER ESOLVED that the sums and amounts against each of
the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll is
less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels off` ground is bene-
fited b_r said improvement ; that the total cost of said improvement in
the sum of Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Seventy-two and 75/100
(2,372.75) Dollars , is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten ( 10 ) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the City
.. Clerk of said City and said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty ( 30)
days after the ate of this resolution , to make collections of the
assessments therein as rewired by law.
PASSED APD ADOPTED this 20th day of June, A. D. , 1923.
