Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florid :
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby orderedt o be made; the City C ncil hereby setting forth its.1 I

City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and 44west1 -,te
of the cost thereof , indludi ng an estimate of the cost of thefrVYpnses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of Plans and specifications and estirate , the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceeding, the preparation of bonds
and any other expenses necessary;- and proper. This improvement shall be
designated in all Proceedir_es , assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improve-
ment SZ-10 , andthe property -gainst which assessments may be made for the
cost thereof hereunder shall be designated ar District S_1-10 .
