RESOLUTION NO. 425
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SIGNIFYING
THEIR INTENTION OF WIDENING COLLINS AVENUE
IN SAID CITY FROM FIFTH STREET ON THE
SOUTH TO THE INDIAN BEACH CORPORATION' S
SUBDIVISION ON THE NORTH BY TINGAKFIVE
FEET OF LAUD ABUTTING ON EACH SIDE OF SAID
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
That said City Council in behalf of the City, hereby declares its
intention to and hereby notifies all property owners concerned, of its
intention to widen Collins Avenue, street in said City from Fifth
Street on the ;youth to the south line of the Indian Beach Corporation' s
Subdivision on the north by taking five feet of land from the abutting
property owners land on each side of said street as said street is now
shown recorded in Plat Book 2, at Pages 56 and 77 , in Plat Book 3, at
Page 11, in Plat Book 4 at Page 83, in Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and. 8,
and as said Collins Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance f170
recorded in Deed Book 297 at Page 242, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, said property to be taken from the owners of property abutting
